In this video I have a little help from my friends and we’re going to do a couple of poses- a couple of exercises- that you can do at your workplace. One is for sitting and a couple are for standing. So just to get the energy flowing, circulation and a feeling of vitality. So you might want to do it the middle of the afternoon, even towards the end of the day-actually any time of day.
