Hi! In this video we’re going to do Goddess Pose. Even if you’re a man it’s still called Goddess Pose, I guess. But it’s a wonderful exercise, particularly for the inner thighs, the ADductors as well as the feet and the ankles, the calves, the knees and particularly we want to have the knee alignment between the second and third toe.
