In this video we’re going to do a breathing technique called Alternate Nose Breath and what this breathing technique is excellent for is balance; balancing the physical body, the mental body as well as the emotional body. I do it first thing in the morning- if I get up real early, before sunrise that’s the best time to do any breathing technique but particularly the Alternate Nose Breath. Enjoy!
